What is the difference between a Public, Private, and Team board?
Team boards
Team boards are only accessible to members of the specific team. All teams boards will appear and be accessible under the team's section in the "Dashboard" tab.
Public boards
Public boards are accessible to anyone who has a link to them, without signing up or logging in to RetroTeam. Guests using the board without signing up will be able to fully participate in the board activities including creating cards, vote, comment and more.
Private boards
Private boards are accessible only to users that are invited via email or link. The facilitator would have to approve the invited members to the board. Invited members using the board will be able to fully participate in the board activities including creating cards, vote, comment and more.
Do members need to create accounts to join a retrospective?
No, you don’t need to create an account to participate in a Retrospective. However after 14 days, you will be promoted to create an account or you loose your data.
Will I be charged on a free account
Nope. We require no credit card. You can simply decide whether you want to keep using RetroTeam or not.
How do anonymous user account work
You can access RetroTeam without signing up with an email or password. As long as your cookies in your browser is not cleared, you will have access to the Retroteam. However, after 14 days you will be prompted to create an account. A failure to do so will result in loosing your data.
What happens when my Ai credit is depleted
You will have to sign up for the pro version which would give you unlimited Ai Credit uses.
