Who can run a retrospective?

Note that you need to have a Facilitator role to be able to run a retrospective. There are 2 roles in a retrospective board session (member and facilitator). Click here to lean more about the roles in RetroTeam.

Starting a new Retrospective Session

There are 2 ways to starting a new retrospective :

From the Dashboard

Go to the dashboard and click on "Create retrospective" button

Go to the Retrospective section and click on "Create retrospective" button

Create a Custom or Template Retrospective

In this page you can create a custom template or pick one from the RetroTeam templates.
